Member Growth Hub – Gavin Ferns Business Consulting and Coaching

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Member Growth Hub, provided by Gavin Ferns Business Consulting and Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and the member (“you” or “member”). By subscribing to or using our membership services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Membership Services
We provide membership-based consulting and coaching services including:

• Regular group coaching sessions
• Exclusive access to growth strategy resources
• Community engagement through private forums or groups
• Priority access to webinars, workshops, and events
• Personalized growth insights and recommendations

3. Membership Fees and Payments

• Membership fees must be paid in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected by you.
• Payments are automatically processed through your provided payment method.
• Failure to pay membership fees will result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Member Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Actively participate in group sessions and community discussions.
• Maintain respect and professionalism in interactions with other members.
• Provide accurate and timely information needed for personalized recommendations.

5. Confidentiality
Members agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared within the Member Growth Hub, including personal and business details of fellow members.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials and resources provided through the Member Growth Hub remain our intellectual property. Members have a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal and business growth purposes only.

7. Termination and Cancellation

• You may cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership for breach of these Terms or inappropriate conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims related to membership services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved amicably or through legal proceedings in the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

10. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of membership services after notification of changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
